Welcome to NRTCA! The National Road Tanker Cleaners Association (NRTCA) was founded in 1992 by a number of like-minded tankcleaning companies who recognised the need for standardisation and shared safety and environmental issues within the industry. Membership has developed as tankcleaning companies have realised the benefit of information exchange as a major tool for improving standards within the industry. The number of member companies quickly grew as the majority of commercial tankcleaning facilities realised that there was a requirement for facilities and information-exchange to improve, particularly in the light of ever tightening Environmental, Waste Water and Health and Safety legislation. As the marketplace has rationalized in recent years, due in part to this increase in legislative pressure, the NRTCA has grown in importance to the industry as it’s reference point for higher standards in all aspects of a tank cleaning operation.
